Jackfruit shrimp paturi in banana leaves
Ingredients : 10-15 large king prawns, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of Shilpataya batter mustard, 1 tablespoon of Shilpataya batter raw chili, 1 tablespoon of Shilpataya batter cumin, 1 and a half tablespoon of turmeric powder, 2 tablespoon of chili powder, 4 tablespoon of coconut batter, Half a cup of mustard oil, a little sugar and 2 pieces of banana.
Method : Rub the prawns with enough salt. Mix the minced mustard, green chillies and cumin seeds (3 spoons is better) with the prawns. Then add turmeric powder and chili powder. Coat the prawns well with mustard oil. Adding a little sugar will improve the quality of other spices. Grease a banana leaf well with mustard oil and spread the prawns round with your hands. Place the banana leaves with the prawns in mustard oil on the pan. Cover and steam. After 10-15 minutes of cooking, add another banana leaf and flip the prawns. In this way, the upper raw part should be steamed again. Leave it for 10 minutes and the prawns will be cooked.
